Phases
- Berserk +12 (Bloodied):
The monster enters a berserker rage, which lasts for the duration of the scene. If damage would reduce it to 0 HP or less, its HP is reduced to 1 instead and it makes an escalating Mighty check (TN 11) to remain conscious each round. While berserk, it will not stop attacking its foes, even if its life is in danger, and the berserker rage will only end when the final foe falls. The monster has disadvantage on Deft and defense checks while berserk.
Lore
TBD
Red Dragons are the most destructive, tyrannical, and hateful of all dragons, rivaled in power only by Gold Dragons. Other evil dragons tend to obey them out of fear. Red Dragons see all other life as lesser races to be dominated and used as tools, and eternally scheme to extend their dominion to the entirety of the realm. They spend their time amassing great wealth and armies over thousands of years, plotting to unleash them upon the world when the time is right. Their lair minions tend to be draconic or serpent monsters, humanoid cultists, and malevolent Wild monsters who can be coerced into the dragon’s service. Their treasure hoards are sprawling and extensive, containing everything from pure gold to magical treasure. They like to kidnap subjects who are deemed beautiful or desirable to many (such as princesses or princes) and keep them as pets. Red Dragons emit so much heat that being within a melee distance from them causes victims to spontaneously burst into flames.
