Luck Dragons are quizzical, kind, and friendly towards humanoids. They like to offer advice about the destiny of mortals who seek them out, often bestowing upon them blessings of luck to aid them in their quests, but try not to interfere in societal affairs unless the world itself is at risk. They reside in sky palaces or aeries far removed from civilization, attended to by Air Elementals and other Astral monsters, or humanoid ascetics who shirk off adventure and wealth to contemplate astral mysteries.
